General - Now that’s what I call Service!

Marchday spend a lot of time thinking about customer service and we talk a lot about our everyday experiences as customers. We often find good ideas from other sectors like hotels or retail can be used to improve the customer service we provide to our occupiers.

This led Tim to come up with a great idea; the Marchday, ‘ Now that’s what I call customer service!’ award. Each year we will name a company as providing the best example of customer service.

We’ll be writing about our experiences here and we’d love you to email us with your experiences of outstanding customer service. It doesn’t have to be property related, just anything that’s made you smile and feel good as a customer.
